Newly admitted students who have completed placement testing and online orientation – as well as all current BHC students – can register for classes online through myBlackHawk. If you have questions before you register, contact Advising.
Fall 2024
- Registration is NOW OPEN.
- Fall classes begin Monday, Aug. 19, 2024.
- Second eight-week courses begin Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024.
- Last day to drop a class without instructor signature for 16-week classes is Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024.

Online Learning
Black Hawk College has a wide selection of hybrid and online classes and now offers an Online Associate in Arts degree that can be completed 100% online.
Adding and Dropping Classes
Students may change their schedules by adding and dropping classes, or in some cases, the student may need to withdraw from College altogether.
