Transfer GPA:
- College of Liberal Arts and Sciences – Minimum 2.50 GPA on at least 24 semester hours earned after high school graduation. Minimum 2.25 GPA from all colleges attended if awarded the Associate in Arts degree from Black Hawk College.

For most programs (excluding some in education, nursing and business).
