Black Hawk College and the Illinois Department of Employment Security are co-hosting an Unemployment Assistance and Resource Fair Sept. 3-4 to help employees in the area recently impacted by layoffs.
Employers and community resources will be available. IDES reps will assist with unemployment applications.
