Tuition Billing Statement
Each student is responsible for keeping their account balance in positive standing. Students must pay all charges on or before their respective semester due dates, regardless of billing receipt.
The Bursar’s Office will attempt to send out a billing statement prior to payment due dates. However, if registration occurs near or after the published due date, it may not be possible. Students participating in last-minute enrollment will not receive a bill since payment is due at the time of registration.
- Notification with a link to your bill will be sent electronically via your Black Hawk College student email account. In most cases, SMS notification of when bill is available can be enabled in your myBHC student billing account.
- No paper bills will be mailed with the exception of high school dual students, who will receive an initial paper bill. All further billing notices for dual students will be made electronically via the student’s myBHC email.
Your account balance information can be accessed by logging in to your myBHC account.
- Select the Student Billing tab.
- In the Student Account box, click on “Review Account & Make Payment Online”, which will take you to the Transact payment portal.
- Click on the “Overview” or “Activity Details” tab to review your account information.
