Congratulations to the recent graduates of the Highway Construction Careers Training Program (HCCTP) at Black Hawk College!

Jackson Tweet had perfect attendance for the 13-week program.
All four grads were accepted into the building trades at the conclusion of the training.
The 450-hour program aims to increase the number of minorities, women and disadvantaged individuals working on Illinois Department of Transportation highway construction projects. There is no cost to participants who are accepted into the program.
