TRiO Services

College can be especially overwhelming when you are the first one in your family to attend, or when you have limited finances or a disability. That is why TRiO Student Support Services, a federally-funded program, steps in to help students succeed at the Quad-Cities Campus.

Perkins Career Program Support

If you are enrolled in a Black Hawk College career and technical education (CTE) program, you can take advantage of Perkins Career Program Support Services. Whether you are working towards a Certificate or AAS degree, we are here to help you succeed!

Multicultural Entrepreneur Center

The Multicultural Entrepreneurial Center, or MEC, serves students from underrepresented backgrounds, first-generation students and aspiring business entrepreneurs. We work with students on English as a Second Language skills, academic skills, setting up mentoring relationships, setting up business internships and community development opportunities (also called service learning).
